Mekhi Simmons, 7, and other children from Philhaven Behavioral Health join more than 1,000 people who marched through downtown York, Thursday July 20, 2006, to support the York Human Relations Commission message of unity and diversity during the annual York Unity March. The group marched from Penn Park to Farquhar Park, stopping at the College Avenue bridge and at Newberry and Gay Street for family members of Lilly Bell Allen and Henry Schaad to place roses at the site of their deaths.
