Andrews is one of fourty-two Army Reserve soldiers of the 453rd Finance Battalion (Detachments 1 and 2), of New Cumberland, PA., who are leaving for an 18 month tour of duty in Iraq. The 453rd Finance Battalion has the mission of paying soldiers and vendors, providing currency for military businesses, exchanging foreign currencies, answering pay inquiries for soldiers and providing banking support as needed..Leaving the New Cumberland U.S. Army Reserve Center, the soldiers will travel to Fort McCoy in Wisconsin for six weeks of additional training before heading to Iraq.
