Bill Walters of PennDot makes a call for a front end loader as Springettsbury Township Police detour traffic around a several hundred pound rock that blocked the right lane of west bound East Market Street, Wednesday July 6, 2005. The misplaced landscaping rock ended up in the middle of the lane after a tractor trailer making a right hand turn out of the York Marketplace shopping center caught the rock with the rear axle of the rig. Police assisted the truck driver in maneuvering around the rock and PennDot removed the bolder about two hours later. John Pavoncello photo
